My car temp suddenly boiling while driving. Old cars use only water, therefore this boiling is very common. Now-adays new cars use coolant+water in the radiator that prevent such thing from happening. What can I do now?

Hello, all brothers here. My Nexia just one more yr to go so I don't wanna spend so much money on it but i want to drive it till scrap as when i bought it on its 6th yr and i got a 4 yr loan. I can get $9250 after scrap. My radiator water was boiling for a yr already. Went for radiator cleaning 6 mths back but water boil after a month. The water will boil maybe once or twice a mth after that till now but seems that got worse, so everytime have to top up water. But if i top up too full, water also boil too. What is the best solution if want to last another yr. Anyone know how much is a 2nd hand radiator?
