    Using its hardware control button, there is a fixed pre-set to how much I could adjust the brightness/contrast of my notebook LCD screen. Even at its minimum setting, the brightness is still too high for my comfort. Is there any software I could download to fine-adjust the brightness of my screen? My eyes are painful!

    Hi all. I'm in a room with sufficient light but I don't know how many percent of contrast and brightness should I set in order to reduce eyestrain so I left it 50% contrast and 50% brightness. How about yours? Regards
