    This is not a photoshop. Picture taken in New Zealand. There are so many 'customised' license plates in NZ. I wonder how NZ authority (aka LTA) control license plate. Imagine when a police officer ask a witness for the car license plate in the event of an accident. The witness would say .... Its BMW officer.
