  1. Hi Recently went to MSIG to renew my insurance. :) the lady that service me was very nice.. and when i told her abt what happened to my the other car insurance, she give me advise on how to protect my ncd and insurance premium. What happened for my other car was that , it was involved in a small accident involving a motorist. No injury and no damage to car/bike involved, and motorist agreed to "forget" abt the matter. To protect myself, we made a report with 24hr to the wkshop... Fill up forms.. just to make sure that the other guy does not claim.. Indeed, he didnt but.. the insurance left a mark in my insurance.. and when i was renewing, they didnt give me my ncd and increase my premium. Even though i shop ard, all the other agencies quote in consideration with the accident. :( they say.. only that agency can remove the remark :( Anyway the MSIG advise said if both parties agreed not to pursue, we could have sign-off a letter that has the following information :- 1. Accident information - Time / Date - Location 2. Vehicle/Driver involved - Car plate #s - Driver information - name - IC / FIN or others 3. Compensation made ( if any ) 4. Both parties not to claim against each other insurance or drivers or take any further action 5. Sign-off She say I can attach copy of this letter when i make the accident report. ( which needs to be done with 24hrs) If insurer insist that my next premium needs to consider this accident, i can take this letter to the next insurer when they appraise. :) Hope this helps fellow drivers :)

  3. I'm considering to go for waxing to protect my car paint work, watermarks and bird's sh*t, although my car is only one month old. Is it too earlier to do so? There are a few products/shop recommended ie Glare @ Autopoint, tuff kote system 6 etc. Any recommendation which is better and long lasting?
