Evening time. I just parked my car. Both my children playing at playground that is next to the open carpark. My wife then told me a BMW motorcycle took a short cut through the building void deck to the other side of the carpark instead of going around the car park road and almost hit my 3-yr-old son. She was still terrified when she told me but lucky the bike never hit. So I went to that guy's door (he stays at ground floor) to confront him. Pressed doorbell. His wife answered. I asked if the BMW bike was theirs. She called the husband. Husband came out and I asked him if he could go around the building instead of taking short cuts. Now he buay song. He say never hit wat. I told him it is wrong to take such a short cut when there are so many kids at the playground nearby. Some are cycling, some running around. At that point, he thought I was trying to argue with him. He opened gate and came out. We started arguing like hell. He shouted and say if he hit, he will 负责 (take responsibily). I asked him how he 负责 if my son were to die because of that. He said he also have children (and he really do have 2 young kids too) so he will 负责. I don't really know what he meant but anyway, we kept arguing at the top of our voice. He still think he was right as long as he never hit anyone. He say he had driven for many years. What did that mean??? My understanding was he meant he very zai. Will never get into accident. Bloody scumbag. I told him vehicles must travel on the road. In any case, driving around the building will not take more than 20 sec. He told me the motorcycle lot next to the playground was full. So he took shortcut to the other side. I told him cannot. Must drive around the building. Then he say what if someone took the other side's lot when he was going around the building. He said he wanted to get home faster to see wife and kid. I was like HUH??? Stupid excuse! Then he challenge me to call the police. And say 你很厉害啦!(You think you very smart lah) Teach me what to do. Then he said "Scared don't play at the playground lah!" My blood was boiling and I shouted back that his bike can only travel on the road. Not on pavements or void decks. All he could say near the end was "YOU ARE s--t". In the end, my wife and his wife pulled us apart after our heated argument that lasted about 30min. What kind of people is this? Wrong still think he was right. He is a father of 2 too and this farker has no consideration for anyone. What would you have done? Not confront him and let it pass? Hoping nothing will ever happen? Or go up to him and argue like what I did?
