Hi guys, just to see how many of you guys here snores when you're sleeping? be it light snoring or heavy snoring, what you or your spouse do to reduce snoring or have a better sleep (for the person enduring the snoring).. i snore when i sleep, never had problems with previous gfs but current gf tend to be a ultimate light sleeper.. wakes up at the slightest noise.. tried using "breath right" and "silence throat spray" but still doesn't help much for me. bought her ear plugs as well but doesn't seem to help her. so checking with you guys to see if any of you encounter the same problem and how you solve the issue ? any medication or which doctor should i visit ? TIA all

hey guys, will be going down to polyclinic to hopefully get routed to specialist clinic to improve my snoring condition. Any guys did this surgery b4? Est cost? any good specialist to recommend? So far i hear hv to sleep iin some sleep clinic. imagine the nurses on duty at nite

hey bros.. i have this snoring problem when i sleep. as i will be staying in hall in NTU soon, is there anyway to stop snoring or any pillow that is effective to stop snoring? i dun wan my roomie to chase me out. the osim pillow is abit too ex.. thanx!
