Hi need some advice, I'll be going for a holiday for approx. 12 days. If my car were to left untouched for that period of time in the multi-story carpark, will it start when I return? Anyone else knows what else can happen to the car both mechanically and electronically if left undriven for ard 12 days? Thanks for any advice.

I heard that if one goes away for long periods (a few weeks/months) and leaving the car un-driven, the car should not be left entirely alone. The car needs to be started up occasionally to prevent problems. Anyone knows the reason? This is old school but is this really necessary to start the engine occasionally, especially modern cars?
