Drunk driver refuses to go hospital after crashing into a tree

Whatever he drank, it has to be something the servers go “you sure?” upon ordering one. Watch to see why!

What happened?

A camcar recorded managed to capture footage of a white car while travelling on Adam Road in the wee hours of the morning. 4.15 A.M is not an ideal time to be awake but I respect the hustle.

Whoever was in the white car was most certainly not hustling though. As seen in the footage, the car rammed into a tree, cutting down a tree using sheer horsepower (I doubt there was any will). Jeremy Clarkson would be proud.crash.thumb.PNG.c015e0f11385ea22f5a0eaf24f6f8116.PNG

The car tipped over to its side. More tragically however, some birds were knocked out of the tree! Although they seem uninjured, some remained on the road, as if mourning the sudden loss of their home.

Maybe it was intentional, and the driver hit them out of frustration that he can’t live rent free as well (low key understand it).

Police arrived on the scene after being alerted that an accident occurred. They reported that the driver escaped with minor injuries, but refused to be sent to the hospital. Imagine crashing and flipping your car, the police telling you to go to the hospital, and still saying no. This alcohol is next level.

Online chatter

People of course criticised the drink driving, with some feeling laws should step up to match the severity of the crime as deaths can occur due to the driver's recklessness.

Others also took pity on the birds who lost their homes.

Drink drivers or drunks have smth in common, that is they need to pee asap.

"Yo, there's a tree over there. Need to pee, need to pee.".

But drunks being drunk drive straight into the tree.

  • Journey to the West: First Steps in Southwestern China, Pt. 3

Note: This is the third instalment of a series covering my trip to southwestern China. Read Pt. 1 and Pt. 2 here. CHENGDU Day 7: We savoured one last morning view of the Chongqing skyline from our rooms before heading to Shapingba Railway Station for our ride to Chengdu. Because we had quite a bit of luggage, we split into pairs upon our arrival and took different taxis to our accommodation. When Mum and I got there, my brother was waiting alone. Why oolong tea could be the superior drink of choice at lunch

Coffee - without sugar! - has long been (and still is) my go-to option to accompany my lunch. Amidst a larger 2025 goal of reducing the number of cups of kopi-o kosong I gulp down a week, however, I’ve recently thought about how my lunch experience can be switched up slightly with yet another sugarless drink: A can, or indeed bottle of oolong tea. Oolong tea is said to offer a perfect balance of flavour and functionality - perfect not just for complementing one's meal but also reinvigo

I have a new favourite game - Dave the Diver!

Nowadays I think many people have a Nintendo Switch, considering how it is often given away as a free gift when you sign up for credit cards, etc. Instead of just playing Mario Kart, Overcooked and Pokemon, I have another game to introduce to you all! The game is Dave the Diver. This game has completely captivated me with its delightful blend of adventure and relaxation. From the moment I dove into its vibrant underwater world, I was hooked. The gameplay mechanics strike that perfect b

A 20-year journey, an old passion rekindled

For us 90s babies, the Holy Trinity of Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network formed a big part of our childhood. The internet was just about coming into fruition, with the rise of a plethora of websites with numerous entertaining flash games and of course, the early days of YouTube. And though those things have come and gone, one thing in my life remained constant: My love for Pokemon. I first got into Pokemon 20 years ago, and I remember exactly how it went down. Let me set the
