Decibel Neutral Newbie October 11, 2005 Share October 11, 2005 If I'm not wrong the optimal rpm to shift up in our swifts is abt 4 - 4.5k rpm. Haven't tried timing myself before though
Atlantis_boi Clutched October 11, 2005 Share October 11, 2005 Try my MCSP. Gave me lots of practise. Godfinger got freaked out by it. Felipe 3rd Gear October 11, 2005 Share October 11, 2005 16sec? tats very slow, not reflective of the specs i wud think. since u mention shifted at 5krpm, i guess u self shifted, so its manual? anyway, i heard jap cars specs for 0-100 timing are usually taken with driver only. the swift on paper is abt 11 sec for the manual. still with additional 50kg, 16 sec is way too slow imo. Wbucket Clutched October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 Talking about MSCP, does anyone else thinks that the one at parkway has the smallest ramps you even see.
Kanr 1st Gear October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 why do it think that, bro????
Genie47 1st Gear October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 Something like that. Causeway point freaks people out due to it being a dual carriageway. Off the line, sure langa with someone in the opposite direction. Parkway Parade sees more clipped kerbs than any MSCP.
Genie47 1st Gear October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 Yes. I clipped the kerb several times with my rear wheels. My rims are very heavily scratched. Chipped off even.
Wbucket Clutched October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 I think they are petty narrow.
Wbucket Clutched October 12, 2005 Share October 12, 2005 I scratch my first there. Recently mount the kerb when doing a right too soon when coming down the ramps. Very crowded, so need to squeeze into the right lane while the left lane cars move up the carpark. Only at the low floors are the kerb more rounded. ↡ Advertisement
