V-Power up north good ?

When I'm up north, I always fill up with the top premium petrol because I have had bad experience with petrol stations adulterating their petrol (resulting in engine pinging/detonation). Since the price there is so much cheaper than Spore, one might as well pay a bit extra to get the top petrol and be safe.

the v-power from north not as good as from the south. cfm. even the color is different. south is blue, north is green.

 

for me, i always pump petronas. abt RM1.61 or 1.62 per litre. definitely power.

when u go there and petrol so cheap, u dun worry abt FC, u worry if that station got better petrol than F1.

I pump V-power in JB and find that its better than Caltex, Shell or Esso 97 RON.

 

However, I also found that the V-power from different stations seems to give me different feel of power.

I thought v power up north is blue in colour (or green). There was this one shell station that i pumped and it was colourless!!! .

bro is there any harm mixing petrol. example you pump

petronas, then you pump shell after that. will it spoil the engine ?

V-power in M'sia is ron 97 and S'pore is ron98. But I still prefer Petronas.

are there any RON98 petrols in M'sia? From what I know, V-Power, Vortex Gold & Petronas's Primax are all on RON97.
