150km/h braking

hi all i experience when i wanna slow down at 150km/h when i tap brake the is some virbration at the steering wheel, and some virbration in my bonnet.

anyone encounter this? is this normal or got problem?

hmm.. vibration of bonnet? how would u know? are you brakes worn out already? if one side of the brakes is worned out more than the other side.. u may feel vibrations on soft brakings..

1. IMHO, depending how hard he tap the brake, how sensitive the ABS is and the road situation. I assume that the car has no vibration problem hitting 150km/h and above or when cornering.

 

2. If not ABS, probably there is a need to do high speed balancing. Remembered guys, sometimes back I started a thread on steering vibrate problem? Here you go: http://www.mycarforum.com/forum/Aftermarke...rates_P1187443/

It is ABS at work.

ABS at work happens only when you feel vibration on the brake pedal only.

 

Bonnet and steering wheel not affected at all. Shd not have any vibrations at all.

 

Could be wheel alignment problems if its steering wheel vibrating.
