Me was at Bukit Panjang Plaza for lunch juz now. There's a car roadshow by PI Hua Yang. It was my first sighting of the Toyota Rush ...aka..Terios. too bad didn't have time to check the cars out. So if anyone interested to get a first hand see & touch of the car...drop by there & let us know wat the RUSH is all about.

the cosmetic differences are

1. Rush has a small rear mirror at the front left

2. Rush has projector headlamp (if I am correct)

3. Rush has the radio antenna mounted at the back while terios has it mounted in the front

4. Rush is VVTi while Terios is DVVT (should be calibration difference only, the hardware should be the same)

that's all i can recap, may have more.

Terios is a good car but under STS, this is total madness.

Last time bought a car from them, while sitting in the showroom my buttock was sweating like hell on the rubber seated chair [sweatdrop] also don't remember any other car showroom that is non-aircon like them. [mad]

Wonder when Borneo take over Daihatsu distise in sgp, since in Japan Toyota already buy into them.

STS has just work up to the fact that people want nice looking equipment/accessories with their cars. So, they now offer a High Grade package that costs $1.8K that includes things like projector lamps, fog lamps, etc, most of the things that the Rush has. This brings their 4WD Auto up to $66.3K, still significantly cheaper than a Rush 4WD, if one was indented.

Any bros here can update on the latest price on the Toyota Rush. Seems that the PIs have difference pricing based on what I saw on the advert. on papers today.

Last weekend ads for Terios shows a drop of $600. So it may be a good time to buy.

Also notice that there are many different prices quoted by PIs for the Rush. Some quote at $56K some at $67K in newspaper. I was wondering anyone managed to collect their ride for $56K???

Maybe is "gurantee/confirm COE" for Wkend Car at the price of $56/57k+.

In the end they nvr lied on the pricing and COE but it's the colour of the license plate that is different. [laugh]

Hi, for those who r interested to test drive the terios, i think STS have test drive units available. i was down at STS kallang last fri. while waiting for them to finish servicing my sirion, i saw the mechanics were preparing 2 terios (lime green and red). They drove up to the "showroom area" after they have finished. saw a total of 3 terios (yellow, lime green and red) when i left. Maybe u guys give STS a call.

To those who want to go and test drive the Terios, I suggest you call STS first to make sure test cars are available. From what I heard, all the show room cars have already been sold, so they won't allow these to be test driven.
