Nutty 4th Gear June 3, 2006 Share June 3, 2006 The stretch of road along Orchard Rd turning into Plaza Sing. Wonder if it's ok if we eat into the bus lane 10m or 20m away before turning into Handy Road. I find it difficult to turn left if I'm in the next lane during peak hours. Ambious Neutral Newbie June 3, 2006 Share June 3, 2006 For me, i don't bloody care. Ever want to turn in to p.s. at junction and the bus want to come out. As i reach first, i came infront of the bus to queue behind another car that gose into the lane. The bus horn like mad. I wrote a big word on paper and show to the bus driver "Horn at PAP", then i just ignore it. Eva

Starian Clutched June 4, 2006 Share June 4, 2006 sometimes the buslane ends @ a filter lane.. wait till end of the buslane den turn might be too late already.. Normally "they" wont be so kuku to set up at the end of buslane, but rather front or midway of buslane, so just filter in when you see the traffic allow you to do so. And also remember to signal to avoid misunderstanding.

Starian Clutched June 6, 2006 Share June 6, 2006 thanks for your info, I dont use buslane during buslane operating hours, and if I do, I will signal left even way before the filter lane if the traffic is high to let the "KUKU" knows that I m turning left at the end. Simple, no hassle, no worry abt camera...
Topgun Neutral Newbie June 6, 2006 Share June 6, 2006 (edited) Doesn't mean anything. You're supposed to cut into the turning lane when the broken lines start... Else, I could be just put on lefthand indicator and zip through at 70kph Edited June 6, 2006 by Topgun ↡ Advertisement
