Well, if anyone has any 17" GT Radials that are about to finish up, I'll finish them off to see if I can get them to this state as well. tongue.gif

It's running -1.5 camber on the rear. But when I throw the rear into a drift, the opp side that is slightly lifted off tends to eat up the inside as it is the portion that is dragged along the track.

Yah, still running standard helical. Getting my Cusco 2 Way LSD next week wink.gif

Well you'll find that you'll be able to initiate the drift better, hold it longer and get better angles [sly] Go a lil slower on the road during turns though till u're more comfy with it pls.

bad news is that on slower speed sharp turns, you'll hear clunking with a tiny tiny bit of jerking. Don't fret, its normal. you'll also find that your tyres will wear a lil quicker on normal driving.

you'll notice that tyre wear left to right will be the same on the track (thats how i spotted the standard diff). [:p]

Edit: have you put some money into changing the cradle bushes to polyurathane or steel ones??

edit 2: i forgot one last thing... did you raise the tyre pressure at the rear??? If you didn't, try it the next time round... 40psi would be good.

For normal practice, we're entering the corners at around 90 kmh. The 120kmh is for the Big-J corner in drift.

The Big-J in D1 Japan is bigger and requires a higher entry speed.

Ok, will look out for the sound and also be more careful when I first get it.

Edit 1 Ans : Not yet, getting them soon.

Edit 2 Ans : Oh, they were a bit low. Hmmmm, will try higher pressure.

Loads of fun... once you get over the fear of the car losing control in a drift, you can loads of fun out on the drift track... OVERCOME FEAR... DEFYING GRIP...
