Cyberet Neutral Newbie July 13, 2006 Share July 13, 2006 its a fuel additive, but doesn't increase octane. if used for every tank, its cheaper than STP 1 quart bottle is $36, 1 quart got 32oz, i use 1 oz per full tank 1 oz is $1.125 cheaper than STP le What will FP60 do for my car ? FP60 is special blend of chemicals designed to clean your vehicle

Cyberet Neutral Newbie July 13, 2006 Share July 13, 2006 i bought the gapping tool from yeobh, then go check my spark plugs gap, 3 out of 4 of them out of recommended spec liaoz, then i take my old coppers denso plugs that i used for 5k km, regap them to 1.0mm, (recommended is 1.0mm~1.1mm) then good to go the thing is, when the spark gap too big, the coil may not be able to produce sufficient voltage to produce the spark, so misfire may occure more frequently, thus lost of power.. but gap it too small, and the spark won't be bright enough for complete combustion.. Normal_aspirated Clutched July 13, 2006 Share July 13, 2006 u mean "Viagra" fer yer car? Check out this webby : http://www.onemotoring.com.sg/publish/onem.../additives.html
Cyberet Neutral Newbie July 13, 2006 Share July 13, 2006 i don't experience the "marbles in your cylinder" sound that genie describes.. hehe, so i guess its ok low end power is as good as ron95, its only when u floor it, the higher end (in my case, above 4k rpm) not so good liaoz, but that can be explained because ron92 resistant to detonation is lower than ron98, so when under stress or load situtations, then the ron factor comes into play. so the engine retards more than compared to using ron98. ron98 also retard the engine, just that retard lesser than compared to using ron92. FP60 could have help by maintaining the combustion chambers clean, thus lesser carbon deposits, which results in lesser "hot spots" which in turn results in lesser chance of detonation again.. hope i'm explaining correctly so good enough for SG city driving and our overcrowded expressways, heh
