Geeaz, this question has been ask like upteen times already heh heh

Yes Bro Tazster is right, u can get it from Wee Heng Auto Accessories, look for Mr. Kwek. This shop is at the junction between Upper Serangoon and Braddell road where there is a flyover and underpass with lots of road intersection here and there.

But if you just want to buy the CD, might as well join IASCA because if you go for the compeition there is additional 5 points and furthermore the fee for joining IASCA as a member and just buying the CD not very big differences.

My advice: If u do not intend to do too much with your ICE - DO NOT play the IASCA CD on your system [:p]

I played the CD - then kenna change sub, spkrs and just about the entire system. [sweatdrop]

A lot of the IASCA CD tracks contain much low frequency info, which means that if u do not have a proper sub-woofer, a lot of the info cannot be heard. WHich resulted in me switching from my original active sub to my current set-up, etc.

Yeah, I know this is a very good CD to test your system after you've done up the necessary. I saw the IASCA CD on the web, the new 2005 version, haven't seen the tracks yet. I'm still working on my system, should get it up and running hopefully before mid next year. I'm thinking of getting the RE sub from Slonez (not that soon, haven't changed my amp and front speakers yet), looks pretty harmless but he says it packs a punch. Seems like you got the RE sub as well. Thanks for the advice!

Oic... I'm not that much into deep bass [sweatdrop] So his should be this kind [jawdrop] By the way, a bit off-topic here. Should I change my amp to a better one 1st or change my speakers? I'm thinking of Focal K2P, but my current lousy amp wouldn't be able to support it, so should I change my amp 1st before changing the speakers?

yo,

think the other experts here would be in a better position to answer your question. if you are set on the Focals then my guess would be that it doesn't matter which one you change first as ultimately you have to change both [:p]

i believe uncle bob is running the focals in his car, you can try to listen to his setup.

Hi Bro,

The IASCA 2005 SQ CD selling @$50/ea and The rule book (photocopy) selling @$10/ea.

P.S. - I have no connection or business dealings with this shop. Just that I bought the original CD from them. That's all.

Actually I've listened to the K2P setup already, I have only one word [thumbsup] . Haven't managed to find time to go down to the meetups to listen to cube acoustic. But so far, the K2P satisfies my requirements of being crisp and clear. You're absolutely right in saying that I have to change both. But I'm doing one at a time, pocket not that deep [:p]

Probably have to make myself free one Wed evening to go down to the meetup to listen to other people's setups, so far only managed to meet up with 2 guys over a Sat afternoon. Gave me enough poison to last me a lifetime [laugh]

Hi Bro,

Yes.. I'm running 2-way Focal Utopia 165W passive setup. My mid-bass is still not fully opened yet even though my tweeters are sweeter (mellow) now. If you are interested, you can always sit in my car during Wed ICE meetup to listen. Bro Sarong1 had 3-way active Focal Utopia and you must listen to his to compare. His has already run-in for sometime already. Big difference compared to mine.
