When was it har? I remember as long as 1998, they gave it in term of coupon... but last time was terrible. When I want to change for 1 90cents coupon, they tell me to take the whole booklet, less the 1 I want to change

This was in 2000 or 2001... just after i redeemed the "cow" coupon holder from shell

 

dunno what their procedure is, but i'm sure they weren't as co-ordinated as now. (Btw i went to the HDB office at Sims Place??? the one straddling geylang and kallang).

The one where they told me to eat up the whole booklet was at Woodlands Civic plaza.

 

While for the past 2 years, I have a 1 to 1 exchange at URA center but that was because i working nearby and parked there, so it's quite convenient. Now I have another 1.. waiting for more to build up before I go to the brance office to change.
