New Cerato 1.6A - Any comments?

My friend is interested in the new Cerato 1.6A.

 

Anyone has already test drive it or has already own it?

 

Any good and bad comments?

 

Heard it's a petrol "drinker". How bad it is?

tried the manual version last month while selecting my new car. the ride is not bad, power is good! FC not sure for auto but heard it is so-so only, manual will be better. it was actually the top pick of my list of cars in the sub-$50k category ... but trade-in value from C&C not competitive so i went with my 2nd choice which gave better trade-in ...

May be he's a die hard fan of Kia.

But he prefers a "backside". Somemore he's still single and available.

 

I thought only family man will go for sedan...

A more practical man will go for the sedan, & in this island where every cent counts, it's good to be practical

 

He might be planning to settle down in the next couple of yrs so could be a long-term purchase.

 

Is he considering the Rio (or Verna but u said he KIA supporter) too? Looks like a smaller car from the outside but internally i find the cabin space difference negligible.

He doesn't like the look of new Rio and he reckons that Verna has a round body shape like a chio bu. Sorry no offence to Verna owners.
