No doubt Mobil 1 Gold is a good oil but at the price, I think it's over-priced. Prob due to their huge advertising budget? [confused]

C*lube 10W-30 is mineral. Mobil 1 10W-30 is synthetic PAO. For Japanese cars, 4 quarts are enough. It will prevent mechanics from over filling.

Thanks Nutty!

Went this afternoon around 12 plus. Sharks! Carpark full! No choice park at HF.

Bought the Mobil 10w30 at $13.90 at Giant. This price may not be the cheapest for Mobil oil, but ok to stock up. I usually stock up for next 2 servicing one. :)

============================

Mobil 1 is rather ex compared to the large variety of excellent fully synthetic oils flooding the SG market now.

I get RP for abt $10/qt & CL for abt $5/qt. These oils r more than adequate for my old car.

Maybe if I drive a porsche or ferrari, I wud invest in a more ex oil like Mobil 1. [wave]

I'm not saying dun buy from C4, but i just can't resist pointing out some places which have free parking, not in the city area and offer Carloob at the same "great" price
