who have seen the Mercedes R-class MPV on the road already?

i saw one before which is the R350.

I think Mercedes were having an April fools joke when they introduced the R class. Theres definately better alternatives in the market.

i think the R-class is pretty small in size for a MPV.

Small? Have you seen the thing compared with other cars? It is massive (and a massive waste of space, considering it has, what, six seats? )

 

The 3215mm wheelbase is longer than anything else this side of a Rolls Royce Phantom, and is taller than a Zafira. I wouldn't know how to park it...

its not tall nor wide.

Actually, if you look carefully into the measurements, me thinks it's more the proportions that give one the impression it's not that tall/long...

Looks pretty odd

 

Maybe have been seeing Merc sedans, coupes and SUV too much liao hence find it rather unacceptable to see a Merc MPV

Its a whopping 5m long. Sits 6 adults in 6 different captain chairs with generous legroom and with a relatively big boot left. I wouldn't know how to park and drive it properly.

 

I already have doubts about U-turning on my Odyssey at times as you can't see the bonnet.
