Will changing tyres affect wheel alignment?

I just change my rims and wheels too 2 days ago...and now above 100km/h...my steering really shake!...but when we change our wheels, they already did balancing right? How come still shake? Should we do such things called high speed balancing?

Also, I heard that when we upsize our rims, for mine, 14 to 15, our rims might not fit tightly and therefore need to add in something called a rim con. Is this true? Without fitting this in, will the wheels go out of balance?

Please advice, as I cannot tolerate this vibration... [:(] ...thanks!....

I don't think so, as I check that next to my rims is the axle itself...so I guess there is no spacer....what is the spacer made of? Plastic or metal?

look behind your rims after it is taken out.....look at the centre hole, is there anything there?
