Chromas 1st Gear January 12, 2007 Share January 12, 2007 You can get stuff like the Blitz R-Vit which will monitor about 12 different readings, including tacho and throttle.
Porker Turbocharged January 12, 2007 Share January 12, 2007 Bro... Possible to get a device (digital read-out) that shows the engine speed and travelling speed? Chromas 1st Gear January 12, 2007 Share January 12, 2007 Isn't that RPM and Speed? The RSM can do that, and so can the Blitz R-Vit. Unless I'm reading you wrongly on this
Fsrkia Neutral Newbie January 12, 2007 Author Share January 12, 2007 thanks man how about rsm? can it monitor my throttle? how much does r vit cost?
Chromas 1st Gear January 12, 2007 Share January 12, 2007 Due to simplicity of the RSM, it can only monitor basics like:- - RPM - Speed - Battery voltage - G force (if u have the G sensor attached) Blitz R-Vit can measure more, including the above items plus:- - Throttle - Water Temp - Ignition Timing - Ignitor Temperature - etc. The Blitz R-Vit i-Color is the successor to the popular Blitz R-Vit. The R-Vit i-color extracts useful information from various built-in factory sensors in your car through the factory On-Board Diagnositic port (OBD II). There are no messy wire tapping or cutting except just for power supply and a plug and play connector. The data is then displayed to user by a 65,000 colours TFT screen. You may choose to display the information in traditional "needle meter" form, two row or upto 6 rows of display. The R-Vit i-Color has "Peak", "Warn", and "Record" functions. It is also capable of accepting one temperature sensor , and either one pressure sensor or a wide band Air/Fuel ratio sensor, making it the ultimate data and information display device in the market. Readings*: Speed n RPM n Water Temperature | Fuel Injection Timing | Air Flow Voltage | Intake Air Temperature | Outside Air Temperature | Intake Manifold Pressure | Boost Pressure | O2 Voltage | O2R Voltage | AF1 | AF2 | Mass Air Flow | Battery Voltage | Throttle Position | Auto Transmission Temperature | Gear Position | 4WD Distribution Ratio | Combustion Pressure | Instant Fuel Economy | Fault Detection | Combustion Pressure Control | Fuel Consumption Control | Fan Control | Accepts 1x Blitz Temp Sensor (Optional) | Accepts 1x Blitz Pressure Sensor (Optional) OR 1x Blitz Wide Band O2 Sensor (Optional) * Data readings and functions depend on the make and model of your car. Suitable for all Japanese make except for Mazda. Reading is also possible for various Hyundai, and Volvo cars.
