Season Parking around Alexandra Technopark

My office most-likely will be moving to Alexandra Technopark or Comtech. Anyone know the season parking charge there? Is there better (best is cheaper) place around that area? Gillman-village?

Alexandra Techno is abuot $140 I think, for Gillman village is free at the Foodcourt. But you sure you can walk so far EVERY DAY?!

I ever walk around 1.5km (to and fro) everyday to office (at Shenton way) previously for 2 yrs. As you know how expensive that area is. That save me $120/mth.

Gillman parking is not free in the morning. i heard every morning around 8 to 9+ (the time people go to work), there will be two guys at the carpark entrance collecting money from those who park there. funny thing is, these guys will leave the place leaving the barrier WIDE OPEN after the morning rush period.

Gillman Village whole day parking is $6. Covered only by trees.

Alexandra Point = $120/mth

 

Gilman Village = $100/mth

 

Not sure about others like PSA building.

Perhaps U can take up the Park and Ride scheme..Park at Stirling Rd beside Queenstown MRT then take bus to ur werk place.

Park N Ride weekday until 9pm, Sat until 3pm. Abit inconvenient if need to work OT.
