Carcraze 1st Gear March 3, 2007 Share March 3, 2007 Interior is basically the same as the bug-eye version. Find it too dated. The car is rather noisy on the move (one of the reason is its AWD). Power wise, nothing to shout abt. But handling is excellent!

Kelpie 2nd Gear March 3, 2007 Share March 3, 2007 If the interior is the same the bug-eye version then it probably has one the smallest rear cabin size among 1.6Ls. Regards,

Carcraze 1st Gear March 3, 2007 Share March 3, 2007 No, I don't own one. My friends dad bought one (the bug eye) for overseas client usage. The car has since been sold thou. When the car was not in use, my friend would drive it when he's sick of his auto car. He brought me to the kallang "track" and the car really handled very well. It took the corners (both sharp and long bends) without any difficulties. the handling realli veri good ar? how come? The wonders of AWD.
Azarael Clutched March 4, 2007 Share March 4, 2007 agreed. noisy boxer, not the quickest on acceleration, but AWD does help in handling cornering and winding roads if u drive fast. interior is okay la, but i think other jap makes are slighty better the one thing i dont like is subaru changes the look of its impreza o so often.... Russ 1st Gear March 4, 2007 Share March 4, 2007 Very small inside. Esp rear seats. Noisy, yes, esp. compared to Legacy (super quiet) - nothing to do with AWD or boxer - just poor insulation. Handling - you will be amazed

Toyo 1st Gear March 4, 2007 Share March 4, 2007 boxer engine has higher maintainance. for eg. it will take more effort just to change the spark plugs. the advantage is stability since the piston movement is at a lower position. be prepared to spent more on maintainance and fuel. handling is its strong point

Toyo 1st Gear March 4, 2007 Share March 4, 2007 good to know tat. but i find it a bit troublesome. yours probably not the WRX where u need to remove the intercooler. maybe just change to the longer lasting iridium plugs then can save some work ↡ Advertisement
