Aiai2112 Neutral Newbie June 19, 2007 Share June 19, 2007 Aye Guyver, can you empty the dust inside the bag and reuse it? the hole of the bag is too small to empty all the dust inside... its better to change a brand new one... ↡ Advertisement
Jusnel 6th Gear June 19, 2007 Share June 19, 2007 I would suggest the vacuum using the water as traps. This will in fact prevent "spillage" It traps dusts and dirt better then any bags. Just pour it away. Also, it works wonders on carpets..etc. For me, I don't even mop my place. I use a Karcher Steamer instead to clean the house. Super duper good. Clean, no chemical. Cleans and kills mites and other contaminants. Can also doubly as a good steam iron and glass/window cleaner as well. Great for toilets, kitchen (superb on oily surfaces), carpets and upholsteries. Rgds which karcher steamer model u using? is it really good on floors?
Memory Neutral Newbie June 19, 2007 Share June 19, 2007 1 year of $179 is good enough compared to 10 yrs of $3000. If it can last me 7 months is good enough. worth the $. Will take a look personaly.
Madsumm 1st Gear June 19, 2007 Share June 19, 2007 i'm using an older model. 1201 i think. Now the yellow colour versions are better. Get one which you can top up the water effortlessly once ran out. I am seriously thinking of an upgrade, till I move to my new place then. FYI, been using it for years. Never looked back. Rgds

Contax 1st Gear August 2, 2007 Share August 2, 2007 I am also using Straaten Robovac SRV3300..... I bought mine during the 1hr sale at $159, use it for 1 day, it spoil (sensors could not detect cliff), I bought it back to exchange for a new one, till now, almost 3 months and still going strong. Only thing is that the working life is only 45 mins compared to iRobot of 2 hrs. But for the price of below $200 it is . Weekly, I will take out everything to clean and therefore maintain its cleaning efficiency. iRobot with similar function is at $878 and looking at the base on irobot, the cleaning seems complex. I was interested on the Strrten Robovac SRV3300 and was preparing to go down to BIG superstore at harbourfront to take a look when my colleague , told me that it has been liquidated! http://newpaper.asia1.com.sg/news/story/0,...,137461,00.html? Anybody knows where I can find it ?Courts ? Harvey Norman ? Best Denki ?
