Car Alarm help

I used to lock/unlock car door with too too sound but now the sound is gone..... Alarm still activated. What is the problem?

U might accidentally pressed the silent mode button....

Yes there is... Theres another button on ur remote besides the lock and unlock....

Press the lock and unlock button together lor. Should do the job if your alarm is a local fix.

i only have two buttons on the key, if i press both together the car alarm will siren right?

Hmm... Better check ur alarm instructions guide... Different remote have different function....

u try pressing both buttons together first. it should beep once/twice and the "sound" should come back

i dun have manual, my alarm is installed by subaru factory setting.

Have you tried whether your alarm still works as in try to unlock the door with the key while the alarm is armed, then open the door. The siren should sound at this point. If it doesn't, maybe you need a new siren.

i have another problem with my alarm. my remote batteries are relatively new. sometimes the alarm can work, sometimes cannot. on a couple of occassions, after arming the alarm, i have problem in disarming it. if i don't use it for several days, it may work again; then it breaks down after several tries. then, i got to wait for a few more days before i can use it. can anyone tell me what's wrong or where to repair it?

i pressed the two buttons nothing happened.... i try with locked and press the two buttons, and also unlocked mode. nothing happened.

your alarm module is faulty.

mine also lidat. so use key lor.....

 

and best thing my car has the auto boot function. but the rear of the car do not have the keyhole to insert a key so i have to always open the boot from the driver's seat there.

then i duno lia. but what i rem is for subaru (mine was the TS) press both button is for silent or un-silent mode leh....
