Try to avoid open cat unless u really despo and need a car. Especially when the diff between the open cat and the corresponding cat is quite significant. Whichever is lower in price is always put into consideration.

what if the Open Cat price lower than Cat A?

ya hor....wat hapen then??so the only cons to it is when u deregister then only sxxt happens...parf badly affected if that month u bid then lan lan cat A drop like mad...am i rite to say this?

when u deregister your car, the COE rebate to you will base on either your car's respected cat COE at time of registration or open cat value, whichever LOWER.
