Not surprised man. I've had instructors falling asleep or pushed their seat so far back that they are almost lying down when I was a L-plate. And these are school instructors from a respectable driving center in SG.

Actually if you look carefully at the pic, the bike should have hit the L-plate car from the rear at the right hand side of the bumper. So, it might not be the L-driver's fault per-se. Could be the biker trying to squeeze past the L-plate car on the right, misjudged and whack onto the rear bumper.

the rider is the TP himself.... PANG KANG liao riding own bike home, the L-plater and instructor are stuff inside the boot and get ready to driven back to TP HQ
