Maybe the pic can't show too clearly. But from what I see there, the L plate car was actually behind the give way dotted line and the biker was the one that banged into the car.

the rider is the TP himself.... PANG KANG liao riding own bike home, the L-plater and instructor are stuff inside the boot and get ready to driven back to TP HQ

 

 

great.... someone wore helmet while driving, get into accident, go back to TP, ride his bike back to scene and issue summon

dunno.. got to read the Rules and Regulation of learner drivers. I believe the instructor have a duty of care as well.

my assumption, from the look of the pic, seems like the car jam brake at the last minute (cos of the give way sign), bike couldn't stop in time, or follow too closely?
