Thanks for bringing back those wonderful memories. Robbie Fowler truely deserved the award. He is the epitome of soccer players. I hate that sickening look on Lampa's face when he scored that penalty. I totally lost my respect for Chelsea.

 

I think he the only play named as The God by fans? [sweatdrop] The best in modern Kop history...

 

But yday damn sianz..the penalty also controvesial...But Torres goal is nice..sharp and accurate...well..maybe we found the real hitman this time..pray hard..hehe

 

Indeed, Torres got the better of Ben Haim. It was a beautiful goal. Long time since I seen such a goal from Liverpool. I hope Torres can continue to contribute to Liverpool.

 

Btw, who is this young Babel? Anyway related to Marcus Babel, the ex-Liverpool right back? I was quite impressed with his long range effort. I thought he netted a goal!

He told the 4th official he flashed the 2nd yellow card as a confirmation of Terry's yellow card. WTF! Didn't he show it to Terry face to face earlier on?! [shakehead]

can flash 2nd time to confirm one meh? Flash 2nd time means red card already what.....

 

Next time if a player get second yellow, he can stay on the field and say "I thought the ref trying to confirm my first card".... [laugh]

babel is signed from Ajax. Holland international.. tipped to be the next Thierry Henry by Van Basten, if im not mistaken.

 

He looks good.. he should have started ahead of riise. i thought he scored the winner in the 80th minute.

I think he realized he messed up the match and resorted to lame excuses. Even the 4th official seek confirmation of what Styles did on the pitch! [thumbsdown]

I thought Liverpool looked shaky on the right flank after they replaced Pennant with Babel. Then suddenly he switched to the left and got better. This young lad is a gem. I hope Liverpool nurtures him.

We forgot another very fierce and hot temper guy but i think becaue of this,he got the Fifa fair play award tat year issit?

 

Di Canio who was open 1 on one with the keeper,i think got a defender injured or what,in the end he kicked the ball side line for the defender to get treatment...kuay lan player but showed good sportmanship... thumbsup.gif

 

Saw that also... Good sportsmanships but he got a good one from his club after the game ended... But I guess there wasn't any glory even if he were to score...

Indeed, I think it was an away match for his team but in the end, the fans saluted his actions with a rousing standing ovation. We need more of such gracious players in EPL who do not seek a dirty advantage over opponents.

That spectacular missile was homing in on Chelsea's goal. For that instandt I jumped and screamed in ecstasy when I though the ball had went it. Liverpool had taken the lead! But wait..... Later I realized it was bounced off the advertisement boards and onto the rear netting. [furious]

 

I got an earful for my silly antics from my BH. KNS! [laugh]

yeah...rafa shoudln't take off pennant.he was doing well on de right.babel is more left sided.so don't quite understand rafa on dis substitution.

 

i tot alonso sucked yesterday.play mascherano better.so gerrard don hv to drop down a lot n can attack more.n abt de ref....WTF!!! [furious] i tink he ref S-league better.i tink if pool is to write up to FA abt de 2 yellow cards for essien...FA wil review n de Robber can b demoted to ref for de lower divisions.

chelsea is full of divers.de king is dogbark.whenever they r playing to waste time...he will surely fall after mayb a jump for a ball...or a light challenge...n make it s though a truck hit him.n after dat he can get up n chase a ball as fit as ever.bloody cheater!
