concentrate on the outer leg (i dunno say right or left) turning in circle.. should be able to see..

The programming script of the rotating figure may be written in such a way that at one time (of the day) it rotates in the clockwise direction and at other times, it rotates in the other direction.

 

As the forumers here access this page at different time, some will see clockwise, while others, anti-clockwise.
