Yeobh 4th Gear November 19, 2007 Share November 19, 2007 You are right, usually a large air drier is normally install directly after the air compressor outlet flexible hose to the main piping that runs upward.. In compressed air piping design, all the pipes that run horizontally are lay to title at about 5deg towards the compressor so that all untrapped moisoture when condensed will drain towards the air compressor reciver. At each an every air outlet normally a water trap is installed and if the outlet is to be used for powering air tools , a lubricator is installed. Our climate is very humide and for a small 10hp powered air compressor running the whole day, you can easily drain more few coffee cups of water directly out from the reciever. ↡ Advertisement

Potongboleh Neutral Newbie December 31, 2007 Share December 31, 2007 I just have my tyres swop at a tyre shop near AMK area. Within a week, when i inspect the wheels, I discovered that the 4 nuts on my front left wheel came loose. I can even unscrew them using bare hands. Luckily the wheel did not come off while driving, otherwise the car sure go out of control. I am wondering if the screw nuts will loosen over time? or is it a bad job done by the tyre shop? Luckily you discovered early before any lives taken. A very irresponsible installer Care to PM me the shop name so in future me & my daughter would avoid this shop.
