Silver_blade Turbocharged November 19, 2007 Share November 19, 2007 heard from a friend that there is a under tunnel after you exit from sungei bersi toll. This tunnel will lead you to bukit bintang. Has anyone try b4?I tried....will save you time... but 99% of the time i'll just save the $$ and take the old rounte. I only take the tunnel when I am rushing for time. ↡ Advertisement

Silver_blade Turbocharged November 19, 2007 Share November 19, 2007 (edited) I think there is 2 exit...I usually exit at the tun razak one (near bt bintang end). It's a bit further to the hotel I usually stay but faster than traveling on the normal roads. But I would avoid it when there is a heavy rainfall...in case they open the floodgate by accident. Dafansu Turbocharged November 27, 2007 Share November 27, 2007 the last time went there i stayed at bukit bintang hotel, disappointed, the cafe for breakfast full of people and long Q , the staff then escorted us to another old ballroom to have our breakfast there away from the main cafe. Istana is a good choice if u on budget. 5 star hotel with reasonable price. If u wanna something special maya hotel is my favourite and recommended hotel. Two days stay will cost about S$350. very nice ambience for couple but a bit far from city area http://www.hotelmaya.com.my/

Shangri-La Renaissance Mandarin oriental Hilton sentral I would recommend Mandarin Oriental since you've membership. I've tried the following: Nikko 5 star - expensive but on official trip Istana 4 star - average for holiday and relax/comfort. Recently renovated. Dorsett 3 star - cheap and accessible. Yaloryalor 5th Gear November 27, 2007 Share November 27, 2007 I just came back from KL. I stayed in the Capitol Hotel. The location is very good. Next to the BB plaza (Bukit panjang Plaza) and near Lot 10. Per night is RM240 (before tax). Room size is ok (good enough for 3 of us, all guys). Parking is fOC but need to park beside the hotel building. Have a good trip!
