Test Drive with this SE - Help

Actually, I have similar experience. I went test drive and an Ah Lian service me. Not very professional. I m changing my SE too.

Was told TC way is once one took a test drive with one SE, other SE can't take this potential customer as ID will lock to that SE already.

well bro, understand your situation. Buying something also must be happy with the seller mah...if see face no like also no point. You should expect a certain level of professionalism from the sales personnel.

from what i know, CM's SEs rotate between the 2 showrooms, so you may still see the same SE you saw at Pandan even if you go the Ubi showroom.

Only locked to your SE for a few COE bids (can't recall is 4 or 6). After that you're free to seek another SE to buy from.

Unless buyer insist of changing SE. Co. will take customer decision.

For CM... if you test drive with the SE, you're supposed to get the car from that same SE, that's what the mgmt try to enforce.. but if you have another SE in mind then you can always call up and ask that SE to meet you in the other showroom...

if you really die die must change SE, maybe can speak to the sales manager. he/she will try to make special arrangement for you, rather than to lose a sales.

from wat i know, the lock in period for some AD

only "confirm" when you did not change or request for other

SE within 3 days.

 

I knew this becos my fwen who wanted to buy a car went to

test drive but his SE super niao, hence I got him to see my SE

on the same day and no probs.. got extra 1k discount and some accessories

on top of what his original SE offer..
