Well Here it goes:

I wonder if his Merc had the electronic circuits for the air-bag system manufactured in China?

I saw a news report recently where all the old computers r brought to a backyard "factory" in China where the circuits, chips & electronic parts r scavenged & used to make "new" computers to b sold.

Maybe that's why China electronic equipment r not consistent in their lifespan. If u happen to get a remote for eg, & the parts came from a really old electronic item, the remote will fail very quickly. Their electronic parts r recycled as is. [dizzy]

Really scary to buy stuff from that country. [sweatdrop][sweatdrop][sweatdrop]

[laugh][laugh] i doubt he will be alive today if he had been driving a MIC car! His expensive merc protected him and instead of being grateful, he decided to make a switch to MIC [hur]
