wahaha.....maybe the speed regulating strips are to ensure a constant 88mph...either tat or that is the hottest design in 2050.... [laugh][laugh][laugh]

Hi,

I remember I ever talked to this guy before.

I think he always frequent a workshop in Autopoint AMK.

He told me he is in IT line and love reading up about areodynamic.

I asked him whether he mind attracting attention but he told me that he is just experimenting the right type of aerodynamic.

I ever look inside his engine compartment and he has many "air charger tanks" man [jawdrop], i counted at least 6 large one, [laugh]

I think that is his hobby la.. he is friendly though.......

why must u think lidat?

actually he is very much into fluid dynamics but i feel his approach is wrong. his belief if i am not wrong, is tat the aerodyn drag can b overcomed by changing the boundary layer.

my POV is tat you can achieve and there is no way one will know without quantiative approach in a wind tunnel. even then, the angle of attack fr the wind play a significant part. as well as the turbulence created by adjacent objects, moving object.

at very slow speed which he is driving, he cannot test tat aerody drag but on the contrary is adding load parasite to the carbody.

Haha. He may be smart, but certainly not as smart as you!

this is not abt smart.. he has his POV unless we hear him out.

ideas r meant to b shared.. this is wat my kachang puteh friend say one.

tat's wat i think too. a wind tunnel + proper sensor to get quantitative results before pushing it thru a live run. unless he has been doing simulation but it can only go tat far with fair bit of uncertainties.
