Mounting a larger or newer radiator shouldn't be a big problem except you'll have to consider the mounting points and also the water pump's capacity to handle the increased volume.

tink they are too small

suggest u to fix another fan, without thermostat

so that it will always be running

last time my mech did that to cool the air con condenser

i got a colder aircon

engine r design to operate at a optimun temp design by manufacturer.eg.75-90deg.so fixing a bigger radiator or running e fan continously is not goin to help e engine perform better. It may even effect e efficiency of e engine. [;)]

If u have no thermostat the water is always running and if u have a EFI car your FC will go up as the sensors cannot read properly and worse....this applies to all cars...shorten your lifespan of yea engine as its never in the optimum temperature...that is a definite no-no. the prev owner of my car removed the thermostat also...after i installed it back in...engine FC went down and it idles properly now...

I'm assuming your car is overheating.

Find out what's wrong with the radiator system first. If not, your overheating problems will remain even with the best radiator... eg thermostat jammed, weak water pump, leaks, etc

I'm not sure what is your ride. But a lot of conti cars (eg Alfas, Peugeot, etc) have only a single radiator fan. Adding another can help, but you will need to mod your current mount...

Yes you definitely can. The workshop has to be good at metalwork coz at the very least they need to make brackets to affix your current mounting points to the rad's mounting points.

The piping will also be an issue as the expansion tank and rad to engine hoses will probably need to be "altered" to fit. Same thing with the fan mounts and the blades if there isnt enough clearance thanks to a thicker core.

To be honest its really easy to do all of that, BUT the custom brackets, fittings etc need to be done well (i.e. quality of welds, material used, neatness of the work, etc).
