If anyone knows which tyre/rim shops I can get them, please kindly let me know..

Especially those who traded in their new jetta rims for other rims.

whats wrong? the only price that is wrong is Altis.

Jetta was already selling at that price 2 years back.

that's why you hardly see any newly registered Altis on the roads already....

people flock to the $69,999 Forte SX which gives a larger interior, and better features overall....

or they upgrade to the Jetta....

the 1.6DSG version is quite tempting though....comes with 2-zone aircon and rear air vents....

if only it had the 1.2TSI version....

too much power also no use....cos Singapore now flooded everywhere....

it'd be great if the Touareg could have a 1.4TSI engine....

lol....

Touareg is the big SUV,

not Touran the MPV....

lol...

Singapore don't need so powerful engines in our cars....

anyways,

all the engines we have here are not the engines that the cars have in their home country....

see BMW with the 318i, 320i (the engines we have are outdated versions)....

the Touareg with 1.4TSI 200bhp (easily done with Forced Induction twin-charged technology) should fare well here....

I think people have to change the mindset that turbo cars are designed for speeding.

I hope new generation of turbo car are design for efficient use of fuel.

The contin turbo cars makes a lot of sense for city driving like singapore... we need low rev high torque... so that.. lesser noise and emission polution...

what you need then is either a supercharger,

or low-pressure turbos....

twinscroll turbo or big turbos are very fast and sporty....

and is a bit of a handful at city speeds....

Bro

Is the VW 1.4 TSI in singapore a Twincharge (SC + TC) or just low pressure turbo?
