$1/- vs $1.40/- + 45 minutes sitting at Bishan coffee shop doing nothing....seigh.....

 

$1/- per entry between 8 to 9 am. ........or....

 

$1.40 ($0.90 teh si + $0.50 parking) plus 45 minutes......
