CAnt help but feel many so-called "negative" points about pinnacles are started by losers in the same trade because Pinnacle is really low-price-high volume company.

If u read my past posts I think I did mention that not even their servicing centre are good, in other words they suck... They bang my car into a pillar when servicing, then I need to shout in order to get a reasonable repair to my ride new ride at 4 mths old. their 16 inch sport rims cracked within a month and their leather seats changed to another inferior type of brand which they promise me.

When take money fast, when delivery they do david copperfield vanishing act..

Wats more, call the agent din answer..

 

And there are lotsa more if u want to noe pm me and arrange a meeting I let u noe and we will slowly talk it out in a coffeeshop..

I think 1 day will be suffic for the whole unpleasant experience to be poured out...

I am interested to get a Honda Fit 1.3 from them though. Saw their listing in today's papers, and the price looks GOOD!

 

Read their customer satisfaction policy as well -- We treat customers the way we want others to treat us. It sounds comforting, but on further thought, might it have been specially crafted to not commit to anything???

 

Can anyone share their Pinnacle Motors experience?
