most of them are looking down from overhead bridges.

The TP will put the mobile speed trap camera there for a while. If no result, they will move to other location whereby can generate more result.

 

I saw the speed trap camera in Sengkang East Road, just outside the PUB station 1 year ago. Saw it a few times. Since then, never see again. Obviously that location cant generate enough revenue for TP, not cost effectiveness.
