Honest,knowledgeable rim/tyre dealers.

hair line crack near the wheel cap area.

Another one is when they are balancing the wheel .. see how much weight are needed ... tell tale signs of unevenness

wether you buy from shop or forum(especially) you just politely ask can i

see the wheel condition spin on balance machine(warpage.deform)

exterior condition you use your big eye to see la,can tell you .

but once again, you want like new condition you better buy new one.

but remeber you are looking for 2nd rim,dont expect new rim type of condition

2nd things dont come with guranty one.

so shop reliabilty is important.

is the same for shop when they take in your rim they do have the right to check

make sure is in reasonably condition becos he need to resale to next customer.

if he is will to offer you good $ to trade in you rim without checking i thing he

is likely to pass it to next customer, if he does check meaning they are responsibe
