Ya.  Like me I did submit to tp.. And that is their reply.. 

 

 

Look like need to submit through spf website under I-witness.. 

 

But at least there is avenue for drivers to submit reckless driving behaviour.. Hope cam car can submit through i-witness and let police to investigate and then summon that van driver..
