Secondly, the inspection can be done at any of the vicom centre...do a search on thier website for the nearest workshop. I think some of them is open until 5pm on saturdays. The inspection is very simple. Just visual inspection for both front & back seal and he will issue a receipt. With this receipt u proceed to the counter to renew yr road tax.
