Here in Singapore, I have called 999 where a dog was knocked injured on CTE. Was adviced and given the number to call SPCA. Simple.

lol..i hit a bird before..was happily exiting CTE on filter lane, speed about 40-50kmh becos of heavy traffic..then suddenly this bird fly right into my path..i heard a kong sound..but i know i didn't ran over it..

 

when i beo at my mirror, i saw the bird stand up on it's feet and then fly away.. phew..

This is ridiculous, the owner is to be sued for causing dnager for road users and his own negligent for not holding on to the leash. The van owner should claim damage from the pet's owner for the damage to the van.

Fortunately , we hardly come across strays animals jay walking on our roads and most motorists will certainly try their very best to avoid collision .

Call 911 and tell the phone operator " Hello , pls send anyone because some vehicles has knock down a dog and carcass are now all over the road " ?? and then the police will come and pitch a blue tent and start taking statement ?

Does these people know that it is very dangerous to be stationary in a moving traffic....Imagine U hit a dog on CTE in the middle lane...U stop...in the middle and try divert traffic ??? Maybe a lorry will come crashing on you....Remember lots are kill even when they are on the road shoulder...Or we call "999" and tell them got injury then the "WRX" come and cordon the road ??? Then u get summon for failure to pay due attention on the road ????
