Void Deck Reserved!

I wonder what is the reserved sign for? So early KiaSi reserved the void deck already.

 

Normally three uses of void deck in HDB.

1) Wakes

2) Marriages

3) RC activities.

Few months ago someone reserved about 15 parking lots under my block using the same method. It was for the wake of an old lady. His son is a successful man (interviewed by magazine before) so many people gave face and came to the wake so they had to extend the void deck which is already very big.

Not predicted. Kali chicken already cooked when they reserved the parking lots... too many people came so they need more space. A platform with tentage was built over the lots, walkway, grass patch and drain.
