If you look at the traffic light just before the crash, you will notice that it was green. Wonder why the Camry stopped suddenly then? In this case, would it be the Camry driver's fault instead?

That is a good lesson learnt.

Never anticipate that the car in front of you will pass the junction, even it's amber.

Anyway, the Camry driver is a bad one. Wat if the vehicle behind is a Heavy duty one like tanker and trailer? [cool]

to show the 'soft' side of the camry or the harden musso ? [sweatdrop]

both.... u will be suprise how soft the camry could be... as for musso... dun even try to touch it... its basically a tanker quality pickup... just try to open up its bonnet and u will know how what i mean,

that's the nice junction at Adam Road towards Thomson, at the junction of Sime/Island Country Club.

The camera is hidden by the tree and you only see it when you are just below it and when it turns yellow, most drivers will instinctively slam on the brakes. heard tyre screeching on both sides of the roads on many occasions and i've screeched once too.

it's an absolutely random traffic light with camera on a 70km/h road and the lights turn from amber to red very fast! [hur]

Hi Eternity_gal,

actually can't blame the camry driver.

If u look at the clip, there was a red light camera before the traffic lights.

I guess the camry driver didn't want to risk getting snapped by the camera

for beating the red light [sweatdrop]

By the way, i think i know where is that spot.....

Farrer road coming down thomson road if i'm correct [idea]

Bro, i wonder what if it isn't a camry but a starlet or any hatch...

I would not want to know the end results siah.... [sweatdrop]

I am aware of that. But the Camry driver could be over anticipated, as the amber light is still on, and his car was too near to the junction line and should have passed considering the speed of his car.

erm, just smashed in i guess... larger repair bill coz of the glass. and probably a larger hospital bill.

lucky not speeding 40 foot truck. a lot of them tailgating these days. at 80-90km/h! [sweatdrop]

in either case, rear has to bear fault, because he was obviously not paying attention and didn't brake until it was too late.

what if the car stalled? or if was a child who ran onto the road and froze there? [shocked]
