Considering that they are on a 2-wheeler - need to keep balance, need to lookout for traffic, need to lookout for traffic offenders at afar distance, need to look into the car for hp-driving whatwith the glass tinting. Who knows...in catching some of them and getting them prosecuted, you might have saved someone's life in the future, when those you have caught learnt their lesson and know NOT to use mobile phones while driving. We as responsible ppl should not wait for a grave suituation to be corrected by those presumbly authorised to do so!...in any case the Pooldles are still looking for a certain MAT and claims to be over worked and under staff! So jailing this woman 18 months was already too late...what should have happened was some responsible citizen should have caught her and gotten her prosecuted well before this incident had resulted in a lost of a life and causing grave injuries to another! If driver denies, thenTP OIC Violation will call both parties seperately for interview....100% for my case so far, driver admits and will be charged accordingly. One farker was also charge for criminal intimidation ( Mag Complaint by me as an option to follow-up compliant to TP ) when he threaten me when he was caught by me! Wrc206 Neutral Newbie September 18, 2008 Share September 18, 2008 Just saw a Rex turning out from AMK Industrial Park 2A(Autopoint I think)into AMK Ave 5. Supposed to give way but he just dashed out and almost collid with another car going straight along Ave 5 and another taxi jammed brake almost hitting the car infront who stopped for the Rex. As I was further behind not affected, I drove up to the rex and saw him chatting happily on the phone while driving. I think TP should do more to catch such morons.
