Anyone attended Korean classes before? Any good recommendations? Price, course details, etc

Do you find the course useful....i.e able to speak with native Koreans...read some simple words, etc?

I need to interact with Koreans on a regular basis and many times I find myself in a chicken/duck situation 'cos their spoken english lipsrsealed.gif

i seldom watch korean drama, but my OC and kid are real fans of those. For those dual sound dramas, sometimes they switch over Korean the actual voices of the actors sound little bit weird...like coarse...not so feminine for the actresses. maybe we are too used to the dubbed voices.laugh.gif

Yeah... Too used to the dubbed voice... I tried to watch it in it's original soundtrack but cannot catch up leh... By the time I'm done reading the subtitles, I cannot watch the scene... Machiam very busy like that...

Just finished the "Tai Wang Shi Shen Ji'... Nice CG but a very bad and rushed ending to a an otherwise great storyline...

Yo, me wifey just sign up for some korean class at this place called Cambridge I think. It cost $270 for beginner, for 10 lessons. She gave up trying to learn it through the net etc, and she feels that interaction in a class with a native speaking korean teacher is better. Hope that helps. wink.gif
