Export headunit

Prices comparable to Sim Lim Tower, some models more expensive than those in Tower. But, Mustafa's policy for export mobile AV equipment is No testing on the spot, even after you pay for it first, NO 3 day or 7 day one-to-one exchange, not even 24hrs. Basically, if you get a set that's DOA, you're screwed. Find some shop to repair for you & foot the bill yourself. Tower has a much better warranty program for export sets if you go to the right shops.

I've been using export sets for years. I still have a Taiwan-made amp that is still going strong after 6 years. Sometimes if need repairs, go SLT ask around. Some faults can be fixed surprisingly cheaply. Just make sure it's going to be a couple-hundred dollar piece of equipment that's worth spending $30-40 to repair, not those $120 ones that still require $30-40 in repairs. Better off getting new one if that's the case.
